This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers worldwide.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our products are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers and logistics partners located in mainland China.

Estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
Europe: 5–15 business days
United States & Canada: 6–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 6–15 business days
Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

These delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided for guidance only.

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, severe weather, transportation disruptions, local postal services, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised on our website.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

MDD Fitness has no control over customs procedures or fees charged by local authorities.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, this may result in delivery delays, returned parcels, or additional shipping charges.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to amend your order before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Orders that are confirmed as lost in transit may be replaced or refunded at our discretion and in accordance with your statutory rights.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged items so we can assist you promptly.

Split Shipments

Where an order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

You will not incur additional shipping charges for split shipments.

Delivery Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Ownership of the goods transfers once full payment has been received.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.

If we fail to deliver your goods within the agreed delivery period, or within 30 days where no delivery period has been agreed (unless a different period has been expressly agreed with you), you may have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Force Majeure

MDD Fitness shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, industrial action, customs delays, transportation disruptions, war, civil unrest, cyber incidents, or governmental action.
